Phil is well-known across the Midlands after his years with BRMB, Heart and the host of the BBC CWR Breakfast Show.
Phil is in demand as host and compere for corporate and charity events, hosting The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at the Symphony Hall, The Jaguar Land Rover Awards and the Black Country Chamber of Commerce Awards.
Self-described as, Broadcast TV & Radio Presenter, Event Host, Public Speaker, Mature Model, Fundraising Consultant and Road Cyclist, Phil has done a brilliant job of hosting the Innovation Awards since their inception in 2021.
There is a category for every individual, business and organisations dedicated to innovation. This includes companies from a wide range of sectors, leading individuals, brilliant universities and catapults. It also includes those who support others with innovation, whether consultants, professional service companies, training businesses or trade memberships.
This year, we have added Education Innovator of the Year to recognise the schools, colleges, universities and training providers that are using innovative techniques to upskill the innovators, entrepreneurs and business leaders of tomorrow.
Judges assess the impact of your innovation over the past twelve months. The criteria are here (link to page). Please note: if your innovation has less than 12 months of traction, then please choose New Innovation of the Year.
