Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.  

1. All judging decisions are final.
2. Any cancellations of bookings and tickets within 30 days of an event are non-refundable.  This also applies to invoices that remain collectable with less than 30 days’ cancellation notice.  
3. Any dietary requirements should be notified to the organiser within 14 days of the event.   
4. There will be photographers and videographers on the night of the event – if you do not wish to be featured or photographed – please ensure that the organiser is notified 7 days before the event.
5. The organiser reserves the right to eject attendees who are acting irresponsibly or in an anti-social maner.

All prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated separately.
